About the apartment: It’s a four bedroom apartment in a pre-war elevator building. We are on the top floor with southern exposure and at least one window in every single room. We have a ton of art on the walls and lots of plants.
About Us:
You would be sharing the apartment with an artsy couple and their two kids (12 and 14). We split time between Sag Harbor and NYC and will find that we are rarely home on the weekends as we typically spend them away. We leave the house at 8am and return at 6pm Mon-Thursday. We like the apartment very clean and tidy, looking for someone that likes to also live this way. We have our own pets, not looking for more. We have two little cats and a mini golden doodle.
About the neighborhood:
We are a half block from St Nick Park and eight blocks from Morningside park. Go a little further and you have Riverside park and Central Park. Whole foods is right down the street and the AC/BD subway is three blocks away. You’ll find the 1/9 train 8 blocks the other way. We’ve got a ton of great neighborhood bars and restaurants.
We are asking for 1st and security deposit to move in. The rent is 1975 per month, includes all utilities except in the summer months. In the summer months, we will share the electric bill for the air conditioners. There is a laundry room in the basement.
