I am an alumnus of Columbia College; my UNI is dem42.

Rent includes utilities (basic cable tv;  internet wi-fi; gas; electric, heat; water ).   It also includes free access to a small gym in the basement of the apartment building.

24 x 7 full service doorman pre-war building.

You would have a furnished * private suite * within my apartment - a private bedroom and private full bathroom - behind a door.

I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment on West End Avenue in the West 80s in a full service 24 hour doorman pre-war building.   There is a #1 subway stop literally a block away;  a crosstown bus across the street;  and a north-south bus ( the 104 ) also just a block away.

You would have a furnished * private suite * - private bedroom and private full bathroom - in my apartment.   It is a full bath with tub;  the bedroom is furnished with a full size bed;  a desk;  a large screen tv;  a mini-fridge; and a/c; and wi-fi; and a closet and dresser.

We will share the kitchen and a common area living room / dining room space.  And the kitchen includes a * washer/dryer *,  as well as a dishwasher.

I do set aside a part of that living room / dining room space for a mini "home office" setup.  You will be able to print to a heavy duty multi-function printer (print, copy, scan to pdf) in that "home office"  area, but I will ask you to provide your own printer paper (we will work out these kinds of fine details!). (On occasion, I might cordon off the area to accommodate an overnight guest of mine.)

Rent will include * all utilities *  ( a/c, gas, electricity, basic tv cable, and internet  / wi-fi.)  The smart tv in your bedroom is hooked up to the basic tv cable.  

The building has a **small gym** in the basement, which you will also be able to use, free of charge, for as long as it is in operation.

I have 2 cats ( both 10 years old ).
