 Garden Oasis is a private apartment in a Victorian home with its own entrance. The apartment is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, an eat-in kitchen, and it's located close to a farmers market, making it a great place to stay. 

Utilities, Wi-Fi, and the Verizon premium cable package on two TVs (one in the kitchen and one in the studio room) are included. Each television has its own cable box, so you can watch something different in each room. Studio TV has a fire stick so you can log on to Netflix and Amazon Prime!!

Relax and enjoy your own private section of backyard heaven just outside the patio doors of the newly created eat-in kitchen (no stove). The kitchen has three hotplate burners, a GE built-in microwave, a Ninja blender, a coffee pot, an Espresso coffee pot, and is fully equipped with utensils. The high-end Cuisinart has capabilities for air frying, broiling, baking, toasting, and grilling. You can even find a box of Trader Joe's chocolate croissants in the freezer to make your first morning's cup of coffee even more delicious. Apartment is also equipped with bath towels and linens. Generous, hanging clothes storage, and large armoire. 

We provide a starter supply of dish soap, sponges, paper towels, salt, pepper, olive oil, trash bags, coffee (Bustello), and tea for the kitchen. In the bathroom, we provide a starter kit of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and toilet paper. 

In the laundry area, you'll find a starter supply of laundry soap and a steamer for wrinkled clothes.

For those who need to work from home, the apartment offers two different workstations in addition to the eat-in kitchen table.
