*There is no laundry in the building at this time, but there are 2 dry cleaners around the block: on Tieman Place and Riverside Drive, and on La Salle Street between Claremont and Broadway. They provide very affordable fold-up service by the pound.  There is a laundromat on 125th Street & Amsterdam Ave.

Looking for mature, responsible person.  Share apartment with 1 female student and 1 female artist.

First month's rent and deposit $1,300, which does not count towards the last month's rent.
