The owner lives in upstate New York and travels so she is not around much but she does preserve the second bedroom for her and her husband’s use – always announced.
The 1400 square foot apartment has the two aforementioned bedrooms and an additional half bath, also living room, spacious dining room with full table and chairs, attractive vestibule, and full kitchen and pantry with separate entrance to backstairs, garbage disposal and other amenities.
The 15 story building with 90 units off of two elevator banks gives a sense of privacy and coziness year round. There are 24 hour doormen who have grown up with the building, a full laundry room on the lower level where the superintendent and his family live. The owner has been in the building for over 40 years and verifies that it is safe and very well run. The grand lobby was recently refurbished.
